A PLUS loan is offered by wither FDLP or FFEL and is a Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students. These loans are taking out by the parents in order to help pay for a child’s undergraduate education, the parents are responsible for the interest charges and the loan cannot exceed the students education costs minus the financial aid.
