I spend a lot of money on clothes and eating out. How should I set a budget in order to reduce my spending on these things?

You should first be mindful of exactly how much you are spending on clothes and eating out by reviewing your credit card statements. Once you have added up all of this extra spending it may be surprising just how much you are spending on these items. Next, you should put store credit cards in a freezer or lockbox so you dont have them on hand and will be less likely to spend money in those stores. You should set a specific number of nights a week you will allow yourself to eat out and stick to that schedule as well as setting a dollar amount that you should spend while eating out.
